Cancellation Policy
At Renal Rides, we understand that medical appointments and personal circumstances can change unexpectedly.
We strive to be flexible while ensuring we can provide reliable service to all of our patients.
Scheduling Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Patients should contact Renal Rides as soon as possible if transportation needs change.

No-Show Policy
A patient is considered a "no-show" if they are unavailable for pickup at the scheduled time and have not notified Renal Rides of a cancellation. A repeat no-show will affect future scheduling availability.
Emergency Situations
We understand that medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Such situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our priority will always be the health and well-being of our patients.
